Should a candidate be accepted into a program, full payment must be completed in accordance with the instructions provided by Empire Upscale. A candidate’s place in the program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

Once a candidate has been accepted and the full amount has been paid, all fees are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers shall be issued, except where required by applicable law.

4. Program Changes

Empire Upscale reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel any program when necessary. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, affected candidates may be offered alternative options where reasonably available, including an adjusted schedule, a replacement session, or another suitable arrangement.

5. Code of Conduct

Candidates are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect toward instructors, staff, and fellow candidates. Empire Upscale reserves the right to withdraw access from any candidate whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the learning environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website and within Empire Upscale materials, including but not limited to text, logos, images, videos, course content, and branding, remains the property of Empire Upscale unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Empire Upscale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the application process, or participation in any program, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
